Marketing Specialist
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; MBA preferred or related master’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role. Experience with A/B testing, list management, segmentation, personalization, growth/acquisition, re-engagement/win back campaigns, and customer journeys. Retail background is highly desirable.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Personal computer skills including the MS Office programs and the ability to apply these skills to essential duties and responsibilities is required. Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, statistical analysis and data modeling. Proficiency with transactional databases and SAS or Business Objects is required.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
Must be able to think rationally and logically. Ability to apply critical thought processes to problem-solving. Must be able to select the best solutions among multiple options often under tight time constraints.
OTHER SKILLS
Must be proactive and able to adapt easily incorporate and store environments. Strong self-discipline and ability to prioritize tasks. Detail-oriented with solid project management skills, including the ability to follow through and multi-task efficiently.
